I made sure to book the shuttle bus for when I got off the train. But the shuttle bus never arrived, I had to take a taxi and they wouldn't reimburse me for it.

매우 훌륭해요 The staff at the hotel were wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize the Korean gentleman manager who assists with luggage — he was excellent and very attentive.
During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by the team.
Thank you again for the hospitality and support. It made our stay much more comfortable.

I stayed here before and it’s always clean and you have everything you need. The public baths are spacious and excellent. The staff is always polite. In the winter season the free orange bus which connects with Gala and Ishiuchi slopes is very convenient. The hotel has its own ski rental and lockers which are very convenient.

This was the first time we stayed here.
My husband and I had a western style room and it was very roomy, furnished nicely, staff was polite and knowledgeable, had an onsite onsen too. Free shuttle service to the train station too. We would be happy to stay here again!

Excellent hotel, the room was very spacious. Great buffet breakfast selection. Friendly staffs. Free shuttle bus to Yuzawa station every 30 mins. The snow resort is right next to the hotel; however, it was not yet opened when we were there (mid December) We had to travel to Kagura.

The room was fine and the staff couldn't be more helpful. But it's miles from anything, only has one (expensive) restaurant and the bar was closed.
