From the moment we parked the car in the excellent car park, to reception that was seamless and as if a personal concierge had taken us through the check-in process.
We entered a modern well-equipped suite, to find everything needed for a comfortable relaxing stay.
Ferris gave us advice on local sights, shopping and where to find the best eateries.
This became the best stay of our trip.
A definite stay next time we come to the Hunter.

Great stay! The gentleman at reception was professional and friendly, providing a warm welcome upon arrival.
The room was tidy, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a mid-week trip. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits. The location was convenient for my business meetings,

Comfortable room except I made the mistake of booking a loft where the living area was upstairs. Apart from that the staff were great and so was the location.

Good on site parking, some under cover. Very close to all the amenities of Maitland. We were there for a wedding and the room was so well lit, equipped with full length mirrors and ironing board. Made it easy to get ready.
