Todo excelente menos un camarero hombre que no se si nombre en el restaurante italiano grazie que nos trató muy mal y la verdad nos hecho a perder la noche pero por todo lo demás excelente y exento ese trabajador todos los demás 100 de 100 excelentes

Deberían tener mayor cantidad de espacios con sombra en el parque acuático, un 20% mas que el actual.

The rooms where stinky, and the staff didn’t do anything when we told them.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was poor from the moment I arrived. Several employees were unfriendly and unhelpful, which made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. The worst experience was at the lunch buffet. The employee making the pizza was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very nasty and disrespectful manner. There was no reason for the way I was treated, and it left a very negative impression. I expected hotel staff to be professional and courteous, but unfortunately that was not the case.

Hotel is good, room is comfortable and clean, staff are excellent, but in the buffet restaurant don’t have air conditioning and was very hot. In resume, is a good hotel.

The building is old and the food isn’t great. No flavor

Terrible food, lacked variety. Terrible service, many staff members had bad attitudes. Falsely advertised resort credit.
