The hotel is dated and the pictures online are deceiving. For almost $300 a night I would expect more for the room. The property is very cool and has a jungle vibe. Not sure I would pay that amount for this hotel.

Close to the cruise ports, clean and a nice relaxing safe place to stay.

Great location. Breakfast and managers reception are fantastic. The negatives were elevators were very slow and our rooms was dated ant toilet and shower didn’t drain properly. Staff did try and fix it but were unsuccessful.

We stayed at the Embassy Suits with family for 2nights 3 days. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful grounds. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Kathleen at the front desk was phenomenal! We arrived very early for our stay, and she was able to get all of us into our rooms within an hour! The hotel was very busy with basketball and baseball tournaments, as well as World Cup soccer, but Kathleen was calm, kind and patient, and handled anything and everything that came her way with grace and professionalism.

Didn't bring blankets until hollered 3 times took 2 Hours to get a blanket.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by several unresolved issues throughout my visit. For the duration of my stay, the Wi-Fi was unavailable in my room, preventing me from using a service that was advertised and included with my reservation. Additionally, the television in the bedroom never functioned properly, leaving only the living room television available for use. Most concerning was the air conditioning unit, which leaked condensation throughout my stay. Hotel staff had to enter my room on multiple occasions to vacuum up water using a shop vacuum. Despite these repeated visits, the issue was never fully resolved, causing ongoing inconvenience and disruption during what should have been a relaxing stay. The night before my departure, I attempted to speak with a manager regarding these concerns and possible compensation. However, my request was dismissed by the front desk, and I was not given the opportunity to discuss the matter with management. I chose your hotel expecting the amenities and comfort advertised, but the combination of no Wi-Fi, a non-functioning bedroom television, and a persistent air conditioning leak substantially diminished the value of my stay. Given the extent and duration of these issues, I believe compensation is warranted and respectfully request that you review my stay and provide an appropriate adjustment, whether in the form of a partial refund
