Such a magnificent building and beautiful hotel. Highly recommend if you are staying in Sapa or just need a couple days to relax in the hotel

Great service , decor and ambience

A luxurious hotel in the city center, an icon of design, a room with a view on a high floor, simply stunning, a wonderful Instagram pool. We think the pool menu is a bit sparse and for a hotel of this level, the espresso machine and the water flow are definitely subject to improvement, but other than that, we really enjoyed it Great and friendly service

It’s old and there’s a smell.

The best hotel so far that Ive been to that is right on my price point. I regretted moving to a different hotel for the view of the monorail. This hotel set the bar in Sapa. Very French inspired , very big ang well kept hotel even the live plants are clean and shiny. Classy and elegant . Breakfast buffet was great and a lot of choices. The swimming pool was the best, the most beautiful pool ive ever seen. Spa was also very impressive.Not cheap for Sapa but so worth it.

The staffs and the amenities are so amazing. Food was great. The view is breathtaking. We will definitely come back.

Location, friendly staff, clean room, breakfast is good, dinner is good too, but little price compared to local food price, but that I think is a hotel status too.

I stayed here in January and loved it came back with my family and the experience was very poor The staff don't have a clue how to do their jobs the receptionist refused to let us check in because my girlfriends mother didn't have photo I'd she had paper I'd but the receptionist was useless eventually we got help from a different receptionist who sorted the situation every morning for breakfast we got told we couldn't have a table for 5 even though we had a table for 5 every day i had to physically set the table myself the staff were useless on the first evening we ate in the restaurant and got told there was a bit of a wait because they were so busy there was only 30 customers I counted and 8 staff waiting tables after we ordered we got bread and nothing appeared for over a hour we got no amuse bouche the entire experience has ruined the hotel Most of the staff just saying hello without any training whatsoever I will not be back So disappointed
