The service was excellent…

Good clean room for a couple of days, but there is a LOT of musty smell and in some cases actual mildew (NOT MOLD BIG DIFFERENCE). The water faucets were not secure, the hot water was warm but not hot, my surface stove and microwave did not work (though the table top microwave filled the gap). It is not the better long stay that it used to be.

The rooms were not very clean ,carpet was soaked when we checked in and boxspring on one bed was wet and covered in what looked like mold ., Beds were comfortable,all staff were friendly and helpful. Full kitchen was very useful Would probably stay again if we needed to .

Look elsewhere! Room was absolutely filthy…(specifically room 321)... Do not walk barefoot, because when you get in the shower, you’ll see the black runoff and stranger’s hair stuck to the bottom of your feet due to the dirty sticky uncleaned carpet areas…. The highway noise from I-4 directly outside your window is nonstop….. if you plan on getting a good nights sleep, this is not the place….. The bathroom faucet was simply stuck in the sink hole for the faucet, it was not attached so you had to hang onto the faucet to operate the water control due to the lack of simple maintenance… The Wi-Fi was fair at best….. you get what you pay for!! So, Candlewood suites, it’s not necessary to tell me that you are sorry for my experience….. it’s obvious management is just running this place into the ground! Lesson learned (obviously)

I liked how clean the hotel was. When we arrived they were cleaning the carpets and it smelled very clean. What i didnt like was that my bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also there was a plate of food in the microwave left from previous guests. Otherwise i would say i enjoyed my stay and the staff were helpful.

For the price, this hotel is a great choice.

It was only for 1 night so it was ok.

Good place for the money

This property needs new management and major renovations. Everything is old and not that clean. The ceiling was leaking water, the bathroom was dirty and disgusting, the bathroom door handles were broken, and the carpets were sticky. We could barely sleep because of the poor condition of the room.
