Great hotel, very clean, spacious, nice complimentary breakfast

Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was well-maintained. Our room was definitely smaller than the ones we had in Tokyo and Hiroshima, so the tight fit would be my only issue. Convenient location!

Nice room, good working air conditioner in the room. I had read about the free soba after 9pm in other reviews, and sure enough, the free bowl of soba (between 9pm-11pm) was real. It wasn't fancy, but surprisingly comforting. The hotel itself was a little difficult to initially navigate to from Shin-Osaka Station, but that is entirely due to the station's confusing layout, and not the fault of the hotel in any way. If you can exit the station via the walkway to the next-door Nissay Shin-Osaka Building, and from there get down to ground level, navigation is easier. Would stay again.

7min walk from Osaka station. Convenience store 1min away. Room was on the smaller side but well equipped and maintained.

Good hotel, close to the station.

At night time, after 9pm, they provide free soba for guest that's staying. The hotel is a nice place with public bath and daily new towels even without us asking. The laundry is a bit of a hassle but if you time it, it's great service. The laundry wash comes with detergent and fabric softener.

Excellent service

In general, good hotel and I have stayed OK. One of the reasons I have chosen this hotel was that there is a spa. However I was a little bit disappointed compared with APA hotel. Spa-wise, if there was bubble bath it was much better and also towels provided were not enough. Having asked to use towel provided in the rooms also used in the spa as well. The face towel should have provided more than one.

The room is clean.Staff are helpful.Within amenities such as near Familymart, Lawson, 7-11 & best part walking distance to transport connection.

Ideally located hotel with great amenities, including massage chairs, onsen, and cheap laundry service.
