The room was clean, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was better than some others. The scrambled eggs weren’t runny which they were at every other hotel. They had a great selection of pasteries that were delicious. The hotel has a happy hour of free drinks so if that’s your kind of thing where you can get, make and mix your own drink, this might be the place for you!

I enjoyed my stay. Good amenities, nice staff. Location was ok, but with less nearby than I was expecting.

The hotel and and it's amenities is super convenient for international travellers

Room clean, staff polite .

Great location. Not too far from koyoto station. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A perfectly ok place to spend a few nights but the room is quite small and much more than the three nights we were there would have been a bit much. The flexible happy hour was very good with a selection of drinks to consume. It's not very far from a small park, (don't waste your time or money on that) and handy for quite a few eateries. There's a bus to the station a short walk up the road. The staff were friendly and helpful, they took our luggage in early and left it in our room for our later arrival. A perfectly nice place.

The room was great and the staff was very helpful.

Room was small, but clean. Staff was great. Specifically, the room refrigerator wasn't working. When reported to the front desk, there was a replacement brought up within 5 minutes. I was truly impressed. Food offerings were OK. The one killer amenity was a free hour of free alcohol from roughly 4pm to 10pm. That, and a relatively large eating/drinking area, supported inter-guest interactions. I would most definitely stay there again.

Property was very convenient for public transport. Rooms were good but walls were a little dirty. Could use some cleaning. Staff was great

Property is clean.
