This Hotel is perfect. If you are going to Disney, Tokyo. If not, stay at Another Hyatt Regency in the Downtown area

Can't wait to go back. Everything was perfect

My family and I stayed at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay from July 16 through July 23 during our first trip to Japan. We usually stay at Hyatt hotels because they are affordable, clean, and we've always had great experiences with the staff wherever we've traveled. Everything about our stay was going really well until Tuesday. We decided to stay close to the hotel that day and only went to a nearby grocery store while housekeeping cleaned our room. We weren't gone very long. As soon as we got back, my husband noticed his ring, which he had left beside the bed, was gone. We called housekeeping right away, and within about 10 minutes a manager came to our room with the ring. He told us it had been found wrapped in a towel. That explanation didn't make sense to us, so we went downstairs to speak with him again. This time, he said it had been found in the trash. We were confused because those are two completely different stories. The trash can wasn't even next to the bed where the ring had been left. He told us he would follow up with us, but he never did. When we checked out, we spoke with another manager who repeated the same explanations and assured us that their staff doesn't steal. I truly wanted to believe that, but the changing story made it hard to feel comfortable or trust what we were being told. I'm not writing this to be rude or to accuse anyone of something I can't prove. I'm sharing our experience so other guests are aware and take extra care with their valuables.

Highly HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re traveling with your family. They are extremely kind and friendly. Accommodations to and from main attractions made my trip so much easier with the kids. I’ll come back for sure!!

Very nice and friendly staff room was clean. Also convenient for doing laundry with washer and dryer on the same floor as my room

Excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, our room was spacious, and the staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. The location in Tokyo Bay was perfect with easy access to everything. We absolutely loved the area—the people were so welcoming and the food was amazing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Overall Look and Cleanliness The place is clean; however, the carpet in the rooms could use a little more cleaning or replacement. But overall it's clean. I believe it's because it's old. Transportation The shuttle to and from Yurayasu Station, DisneySea, and Disneyland was very convenient and effective. The shuttle to Tokyo Station and Skytree was very helpful too, it doesn't take luggage or strollers which is a bummer since families with strollers or wheelchairs may not effectively benefit from this service. Meals I cannot comment about the meals as I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. However, breakfast is available at a fee. There is a convenience store 4 minutes walk close by that came in handy for us to get quick cheap meals. laundry Every floor has a laundry area with, an ice area, and vending machines for drinks. Overall, the staff is friendly and very helpful, willing to help , and very respectful. GREAT AWESOME customer service from every staff member I came into contact with at this facility. Please be advised that this hotel is located in a quiet area, and you can see Tokyo Bay oceanfront from some of the rooms. Very family-friendly, and I felt very safe staying here. The hotel is close to Disneyland and Sea and the Atre shopping mall. I enjoyed my stay here and am hoping to return.

Overall a great experience...the rooftop bar is a must....great staff, great rooms, great food, great location...definitely will be back.
