Beautiful hotel. Very regal. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Lovely big immaculate rooms Away from the main city but a short ride away Will def be on my list for future

Excellent stay , most welcoming and wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner dishes. Great room service. Very convenient location from all the sightseeing spots. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Udaipur

Room, amenities

CON: Property is not near any of the lakes or palaces, very average breakfast spread, not worth more than 10k during seasons. PRO: huge heritage room, quick service, on the road to the Trident Oberoi so it is in a good area with small cafés & restaurants.

Very average. Room and bathroom was nowhere close to what is shown in pictures.

Good location, food is somewhat good. Service is excellent. Rooms are bad, towels are bad, don’t know how long they are using these towels. No maintenance to the property.

The property itself is beautiful with amazing artwork inside. Rooms are huge and the bathroom shower was excellent! The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Kishore at the reception. We were however disappointed that they did not have a liquor license which is so strange in a tourist hotel! We therefore did not have any meals in the hotel. The TV also did not have any English programs apart from the news. This is not really good enough!

Very neat andclean

We were placed on the 1st floor and it had poor privacy (e.g. we could hear the reception take phone calls in the morning and at night). Rooftop cafe was nice. Staff was friendly.
