⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Indigo Phuket exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate presentation and attention to detail throughout the property. The interior design is simply stunning—a perfect blend of contemporary luxury, rustic elegance, and local character. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, from the beautiful brass accents and textured finishes to the warm lighting and bespoke furnishings. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. Service was professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Combined with its excellent location, Hotel Indigo delivers a truly memorable experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

When it’s pouring rain all 4 of your days in Phuket, you want a great hotel, and Indigo did not disappoint. Right away you notice the impeccable quality. Heavy wood doors. Real tile and wood floors everywhere. Beautifully done tropical decor. Because of the weather we ate in the restaurant 3 times (2 breakfast, 1 dinner) and the bar 5 times for drinks and a little food. The service is great. The food and drinks high quality and a great mix of western and Asian. Lastly the room was beautiful. Great decor. Every bathroom amenity you’d want. And we had the room with the semi private pool. It finally stopped raining our last morning so we enjoyed it for an hour! I highly recommend Indigo. Oh and great location if you value all your shopping, restaurants, massages, 711s, money changers, and bars within a 1 to 10 min walk. Never felt like it was loud though as walking street is 1 to 2 km away. Oh and well equipped gym including machines and dumbbells

Reception staff very efficient and nice. Rooms very clean and a nice rooftop swimming pool. The hotel is in the thick of the action with numerous bars, restaurants and shops a few seconds walk in any direction.

I originally planned to give this hotel 3 stars because of an unpleasant experience I had at the rooftop pool bar. However, the professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer care of the General Manager, Sumontha, completely changed my opinion and honestly made me realize why this hotel truly deserves a full 5-star review. What impressed me the most was how seriously the management handled the situation. Instead of ignoring the issue, Sumontha personally made sure everything was resolved in a professional and respectful way. That level of hospitality is rare and shows how much this hotel genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. My original plan was to stay only 5 days, but because of the outstanding experience and service, I extended my stay to 11 days. That alone says everything. From the moment you enter the hotel, the atmosphere is welcoming, modern, relaxing, and full of positive energy. Every staff member greets you with a sincere smile and respect that instantly makes you feel at home and removes stress after a long day. The reception team was extremely professional, helpful, fast, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their customer service was consistently excellent throughout my entire stay. One of the highlights of the hotel was definitely Butcher’s Garden restaurant. The Australian rib eye and tenderloin steaks were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, tender, flavorful, and high quality. If you are a meat lover, this restaurant is a must
