The room was moldy, smelly & dirty. There were also roaches & the hotel staff wasn’t accommodating at all. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Absolutely disgusting. Terrible stay. 1/10.

Always appreciate coming here each year on the way to Wisconsin. Chaos the dog LOVES staying here and greeting any other human who wants to pet her. It’s a relief for me that I can always expect great service and a comfortable stay

The room had scrapes and scuff marks everywhere bathroom door wouldn’t close. But the worst was the loud scraping at 7 am then the literal pounding and banging with a hammer at 9am in the room directly above us took a good 15-20 minutes to get it stopped started again an hour later no offer of anything in compensation for the inconvenience. Dry wall dust coming down near my personal belongings as well. Horrible experience
