Excellent hotel. Room was very clean and well appointed. AC was strong and sufficient and we were able to cast our netflix to the TV. The bathroom was very nice as well. There were other amenities but we were too busy to enjoy them. Coin laundry was also available as well so it was definitely convenient.

super emplacement dans un quartier tranquille mais à 5-10 minutes des attractions et des transports. Plein de petits restos aux alentours. le personnel de l’hôtel était toujours disponible et très serviable. Plusieurs commodités dans l’hôtel; buanderie, Onsen, chaises de massages, articles de toilettes. Vraiment apprécié. Des bouchées et petits en-cas disponibles en plus d’un 5 à 7 avec vin. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel!

The staff, the lounge, the wine, and all the coffee latte are a big plus. However I did not like the fact that all the rooms have blocked and opaqued windows that you can’t open. We feel a little bit claustrophobic and it does not make the room bigger… But I would be very happy to go back again because the hotel has a nice and unique atmosphere.

The breakfast was great. The staff did their best to accommodate our needs.

Absolutely delightful stay at Intergate Kyoto. The front desk personnel were so considerate and spoke English! We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast buffet, but we're so surprised at the happy hour goodies, and even soup at night! The onsen was very clean and restful, the room was a good size, especially compared to our stay in different hotels in Japan. The bed was very comfortable and quite large for a twin. We appreciated the onsite laundry. We will look into this chain in the future.

Great little spot close to Nishiki Market. Super convenient to transit and great staff (everyone was super kind and helpful). Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable hotel with the right amenities (laundry facilities, complementary coffee, and a complementary daily happy hour) to help you unwind at the end of a long day of touring and sight seeing.

Great Hotel. Will definitely stay there again. My daughter loved the chocolate fountain in the afternoons. I found the male staff slightly rude compare to people in Tokyo but it's probably cultural. I don't care. Everyone was nice and helpful otherwise. Rooms were spacious for the Japan standards.

Quiet location but still close to everything.

La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y la edit del check in y check out ha sido casi un estándar normal en todos los hoteles que nos hemos quedado. Integrate tiene dos características diferenciales, un buen closet para colgar la ropa y un excelente lounge con servicio, sin cargo, de café, té, vino y otras cosas.

Good breakfast and lounge access was great for afternoon drinks
