Location and room size

I like the location and everything was right there when you needed it

air condition did not work. There were 94F in my room and I ended up sleeping in my sister's room where the A/C was working. I ended up not using my room at all but the hotel management did not offer more than $50 in compensation for a $150 booking.

Air condition did not work in my room when we had outside temperatures of 110F, and for two nights I had to sleep at 94F since the hotel was fully booked. Needless to say that I almost did not sleep at all. When I asked the hotel for a refund for my inconvenience, they had the audacity to offer me $50 for a booking of $300. The hotel is very nice, the location is perfect, and I loved the Hollywood Theme but if anything goes wrong, you cannot count on the hotel management being understanding or helpful. I will never book this hotel again.

Really enjoyed my stay here, room was clean and comfortable what more can you ask for. Staff was great as well. It was located in a good location and lots of things to see and do.

Excellent breakfast

Will be coming again. Location and breakfast are excellent

The good: I really like the location. The room was a really nice size, clean and comfortable. I asked for extra pillows and received them. The not so good: The heating could not be controlled, it was way too hot. I was greeted once on entering the hotel. Even when the desk was not busy there was no salutation and the staff there came across as unwelcoming. Slow check out. I contacted the hotel for an earlier check in before I went but nobody got back to me. My flight was early and they stood by the 3 pm time even though others arrived after me and got checked in. I waited from 10:30 until 3. A smile would have been great.

Breakfast was perfect

Never stayed before as normally we use a different hotel while in Berlin. But happily we got lucky as taking our 14 year old with us finding hotel with 3 beds was limited. Great location M29 bus stops right outside.
