Great ubication, the staff very nice, the ambiance was good

Excellent staffs

La habitación tiene lo que necesitas, sábanas súper limpias, el personal es sumamente atento, puedes dejar tus maletas, no son complicados

This was such an amazing place to stay! The vibes are lovely from the moment you walk in, the staff was so kind and helpful, the location is so conveniently located right next to the train station, and we just appreciated the energy there after having a horrible experience at another location nearby.

We booked a room on short notice when a train strike forced us to unexpectedly stay in Milan. We were somewhat concerned that it was classified as a hostel - but the room was large with a private bathroom and comfortably accommodated our group of 3. We enjoyed the roof garden and community kitchen and regret we weren't able to make it to the family-style dinner event that was arranged for that evening. The staff were very helpful and prepared a breakfast to go for us when we had to leave in the morning before the regular breakfast. We're sorry we couldn't stay longer - it seemed like a fun place to stay and meet other travelers.

Overall was ok

We really enjoyed this hotel. The roof top patio and kitchen were unexpected but greatly appreciated. All the staff were helpful and super friendly. The bar was rocking when we returned from dinner with a karaoke party. We joined for a while and it certainly was fun.

Staff were fairly nice and helpful whenever needed. The room I was staying in was not the cleanest though, not sure what I expected, but it’s not a cheap stay. The rooms also get fairly cold at night and they only provide you with a couple of sheets - one for the mattress and the other as your blanket. On the up side, they have fun activities throughout the week and have plenty of sitting areas all around the property. Overall, I had a good experience, mostly because of the people I met during my stay.

Great budget alternative in great location. Very friendly staff.

Initial room had a lot of mosquitos on the ceiling. However the front desk was super helpful and accommodating! The room they gave us was a lot better and clean. The vibes were great too, and everyone was so nice
