매우 훌륭해요 This is the hotel we like to stay at every time we are in the Frankfurt area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient and very close to the Bahnhof.

We stay hear every year and this is the 5th stay we have had. The breakfast is amazing. I do wish there would be an option for free breakfast every now and then. The first time we stayed it was offered but never again.
They used to give you four pillows now they give you two. And our bathroom wall had water stains. My father-in-law had a hole in his towel and bed sheet. However that is this is the first time that has happened. It is still one of my favorite spots on a Europe trips.
The location is perfect for trains and the airport.

I couldn’t stay the night due to only having USD in hand and they don’t accept USD. I couldn’t cancel my reservation and the hotel is still charging my card. I at least was given a free drink and I was able to eat a meal due to being stuck at the airport for hours and not being able to eat anything.

Lovely hotel right next to the Gateway Gardens subway stop. Our room was very nice, there was a great breakfast in the morning, and the staff was very helpful. Only complaint was the pillows!
