Fantastic hotel, very new, very clean, great staff, amenities and breakfast. Amazing location only a couple of minutes walk to the castle and across the road from a high end shopping centre.

Clean and conveniently located to sightseeing and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful but English limited.
Free breakfast.
Free shuttle to train station every 20 minutes.
Drawback - rooms small. Not much room between wall and foot of bed.

Great location! Very close to all the major attractions. Definitely a budget hotel - but the room was a decent size and had all necessities. Breakfast was great if you eat meat - not so great for a vegan. Good value overall.

매우 훌륭해요 The service was amazing! They were so helpful and really went above and beyond in helping us with some issues regarding our trip plans. We were late in getting in and missed our reservation for the Ninja Temple. They called and helped us rebook it. We also needed to ship some luggage and they also called the hotel we were shipping it to, to make sure they could hold on to it until our check in date. They also helped us make sure a package we needed got delivered to us before we left the hotel by calling the delivery company for us. The person who helped us Matsui

훌륭해요 Nice hotel close to many shops and food places. Walkable to train station but bus is also convenient. Hotel is on main city bus loop. Breakfast had good options.

The hotel is a classic old hotel with amazing location. The breakfast is only Japanese and not very good, but the rooms are spacious for Japan.
