The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. The air conditioning works perfectly .Good reception and many english channels on the t.v...mini fridge works properly .I have stayed here previously and i will stay here again ( hopefully ,lol). Also important to mention the location ..for me , perfect.also here are washing machines, vending machines, beautiful lobby and courtyard.a bery good restaurant and bar with free pooltable ,a bookshelf with many books ( I read and returned a few ..)as I've said this is my favorite place to stay in pattaya !

First night I got food poisoning and the lady manager took care of me like I was her own.

Nice hotel with very good hotel staff. Reception lady is really professional. Food, okay. Local area is in middle of street with so many bars. I spent there 15 nights. The internet is very bad I couldn't use it, I used my phone shared internet for a work. Second, noise. If you need good sleep in this hotel that is not possible. I mean, the hotel is okay, hotels staff are good, internet is bad and neighbor disco is so noisy that I couldn't slept until 4 am in morning after disco bass stops.
