매우 훌륭해요커플 숙박객
My experience at the spa was so memorable. This property is gorgeous with lots of immersive art on the walls and a giant fireplace inside where you can roast marshmallows. We enjoyed trying new foods at the 9 course dinner included in the reservation. However, the breakfast was phenomenal with the best pastries I have ever had, and omelets cooked by a chef! Our room included an outdoor onsen so it was a little more expensive, but worth every dollar. The outdoor bath was so beautiful like something you see on movies! Definitely a once in a lifetime experience and I’m glad I got to experience it with my fiancé!

Lovely hotel big spacious rooms, luxurious feel and onsens clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffets EXCEPTIONAL, food was fresh, excellent quality and varied. Bonus was the harp concerts throughout the day adding to a true feeling of relaxation.

Beautiful location with lake & mountain view. Good breakfast & dinner buffet with pretty presentation in cute glasswares! There is also a fresh juice station during breakfast, Dining room has a modern setting. Room however is more traditional looking. Strangely no full length mirror in our spacious room.

매우 훌륭해요 This was amazing. Only stayed one night but very traditional Japanese. Very nice and accommodating staff. Good food. We walked to the ice festival which was amazing.

We booked a room with private bath tub however the bath tub was dirty and we were told we couldn’t drain the water to clean it. We were given the option to use another room’s bath tub but that defeats the purpose of paying for a room with a private bath.
