Overall, I’d rate this hotel a 3.5/5. The room was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was friendly and welcoming, as I’ve found most people in Thailand to be. I liked that the hotel was off the main strip because it was quiet. However, as a solo female traveler, I didn’t always feel comfortable walking back at night since the road is dark. If safety and nightlife are priorities, staying closer to the main road may be a better choice. The breakfast wasn’t worth it in my opinion, so I skipped it after the first morning. I was also disappointed that the hotel doesn’t provide an iron, you have to pay to have your clothes pressed. The pool has a beautiful sunset view, but there’s construction for another hotel next door, so that may not last. It was a good value during low season, but I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

The workers were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and gave us tips on what to do in the town. The hotel was beyond beautiful and well kept

The rooftop pool is Everything and More! The entire staff, in specific Winnie, Jacky and Mon U were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the main pool. The room was comfortable and had a good size balcony. The rooftop pool is by far the best amenity with breathtaking views all around. There is currently construction happening around the hotel. Be prepared with your ear plugs or if you will be getting up earlyish in the mornings you probably would not mind it and with closed balcony doors the noise waa tolerable. The hotel is walking distance to the beach. They also have a water station in the lobby and an in-house restaurant.

The rooftop pool is Everything and More! The staff, especially Winnie and Jacky are perfect examples of great hospitality. They made sure to listen to our concerns and maintained a professional and satisfied customer service experience. The rooms are comfortable and so are the showers. The rooftop pool is by far the best amenity with breathtaking views. There is currently construction happening around the hotel so keep that in mind and bring ear plugs or if you're an early riser you shouldn't be bothered much. The hotels location is wonderful as its walking distance to the beach and to the strip where all the action is at yet its secluded enough next to the mountain rock that it feels private. They also have a water station in the lobby for all your water refill needs.

Overall really great experience, lovely staff, good location and can rent a bike from the hotel for any far way excursions. Very close to the beach and more importantly a 7/11!

Rooms great, pools and gym awesome. Only drawback was a little far to restaurant/ shopping strip and breakfast ok but not great

Generally ok, but starting to get dated. Breakfast was bad with very limited options (1 or 2 dinner type hot dishes) which cannot be considered of breakfast items. Found an active nest of dangerous wasps on my balcony and the maintenance staff was able to remove it. Cold to luke-warm showers on high floors with low water pressure. No mini-bar or microwave in the room. Bath robes and towels were quite old. Pool on the ground floor was deserted with no guests using it all the time, one or two guests used the rooftop pool which is generally in an “ok condition”. I ordered a frozen margarita by the pool and it was filled beyond what the glass could handle and was overflowing. I downgraded my room for security reasons at check in and the hotel management refused to refund me the difference in price for the new room type. Even when my travel agency intervened, the hotel management still refused the refund. The staff in the breakfast restaurant and check in lobby usually stand together and continue starring at the guest talking about the guests among themselves in Thai language. This way first and last stay, never again. Many other better hotels in Aonang Krabi.

First time in phuket for my mums birthday and we honestly loved our stay here. It was close to everything walking distance. They even surprised my mum with a birthday cake and decorations without being asked which was so kind of them . The breakfast was nice as-well. It’s definitely worth the price you’re paying.

I was not very happy that everything closed in the hotel at 8 o’clock being that it’s all an adult resort. The bar closed at 8 o’clock.
