The staff struggle a little whith English but the rooms are great, the hotel is nice and clean and the views are great. I really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay there again in the future.

훌륭해요 If you are visiting lomas de Ángelopolis neighborhood, this hotel has a perfect location
It used to be a very good facility, however all the furniture, finishing and decor hasn’t been upgraded. It shows the effect of time. Main door lock wasn’t working properly.
Desk clerks were having meals while attending guests.

Tienen muy pocas personas en el staff del hotel. Siento que si hacen todo dentro de sus posibilidades para atender bien pero no alcanza. Tardan en abrirte el estacionamiento para que entres o salgas, no tiene restaurante ni maquina de hielos.
