매우 훌륭해요 Last minute stay required due to flight cancellations. Resort was extremely accommodating. Cafe meals were superb and reasonably priced. Housekeeping staff, in particular Margaret, were wonderful. Overall would highly recommend.

그저 그래요 Our daughter was admitted to Hospital on 8 July and we thought that we would be able to come and stay but we could not as she is still in hospital .
Being a single mother we are caring for the two children as well as providing visits to her on a daily basis.
By the time we realised our trip had to be cancelled we were told that a refund or postponement was not possible.
This trip was going to be a 55 th wedding anniversary for my wife and I .
We cancelled my daughters and 2 children accommodation when she entered hospital and we given a refund but as it turned out it was too late for our refund.
Please reconsider as we are prepared to try again once she has recovered and we don’t have our current commitments.

We stayed in a 3 person room with Beach views. The view and the sound of the waves crashing was great. The staff were really helpful, I loved having a choice of yummy breakfasts instead of a buffet as it made us try everything on the menu. Three Pigs too was great for dinner and the free communal washing machine a bonus. Buses in to town easy to catch and are more like a door to door share van. Nasama isnt modern but the rooms are clean and staff friendly. The beach was sometimes rough to swim in but the pool was there for those days. We were sad to leave

This is a great place to stay with a family. It is quiet, safe, and friendly. We loved the pool overlooking the sea and snorkelling/spotting sea creatures in the reef in front of the hotel. We paid a bit extra for a beach view but I think all the rooms would have a nice view as it’s quite small. The provided breakfast at Cafe Vila is excellent. It is close to the Port Vila and a very short and easy bus journey to get there. Pick up for activities is super easy.
I highly recommend booking a massage (or two!) at the seafront spot where staff from Volcanic Earth spa can be booked onsite. The view is to die for and easily the best massage I’ve ever had. I’d also recommend packing reef shoes and snorkelling gear if you have them.
One thing to be aware of is there is no long ‘sandy’ beach for walking on. I think this is similar to most places in Vanuatu where there is lots of reef, but coming from NZ where I’m used to beach walking it was something I hadn’t planned for/thought of.

Nasama Resort was very good value as the room we had (Ocean View 1 Bed) was spacious with a walk in robe area great for storing your luggage etc, well out of your way. The rooms can be a little dated but are clean, also the dedicated friendly staff are always around and always willing to assist. An excellent choice of Breakfast is often included and Nasama has 2 of Vanuatu's best rated restaurants on site, 3 pigs and Cafe Villa. We did have an issue with our room during our stay dues to strong trade winds and a storm, but the staff and maintenance staff worked quickly as soon as it was safe to resolve all issues. We did stay in June which is said to be a time for the best weather, how ever Trade Winds can sometimes be an issue between May and October which may make using your balcony on the Ocean view rooms as we had unusable or unpleasant at times. The Studio or 2 bedroom suites may be more sheltered in these times. We certainly would not hesitate to stay at Nasama again.

The rooms were a good size and exceptionally cleaned every day. Shower pressure was great. The whole place was well kept with staff consistently sweeping and raking leaves. Barbeque kept spotless like new. Good selection on menu for breakfast and staff very attentive. The only difficulty we found was attempting to organise tours but this may have been due to windy weather and rolling seas making options limited. Very limited pamphlets offering tours and ideas within the office area. This is one area that could do with some improvement especially for 1st time visitors. Good price and nice pools make this resort worthwhile.
