Staff was nice. Thsts the only positive as rest of hotel is beyond a dump. Lights don’t work. Toilet doesn’t work. Dirty. Could go and on. Just awful place to stay.

No recomendaría este hotel y definitivamente no volveríamos. Nuestra experiencia fue muy desagradable: 1. Las habitaciones tienen un olor fuerte a cigarrillo, humedad y muebles viejos. El aire acondicionado también parece en mal estado, lo que hace incómoda la estancia desde el primer momento. 2. El piso estaba sucio y percudido, como si solo le pasaran un trapero sin una limpieza profunda. Esto es especialmente preocupante viajando con niños. 3. El estado general de hotel es viejo y descuidado. Muebles y aire acondicionado reflejan falta de mantenimiento. No se siente un lugar cómodo. Muy distinto a las fotos 4.El desayuno fue muy pobre: sin proteína, siempre waffles y cereal. La única fruta eran bananos golpeados. Mi esposa ni siquiera pudo desayunar. En general, la relación calidad-precio no compensa. El hotel necesita mejorar en limpieza, mantenimiento y desayuno. No lo recomendaría para familias ni para quienes buscan comodidad

El hotel solo es para quedarse una noche, no cuenta con variedad en el desayuno, no hay agua para tomar y el hotel es feo!

The room was ok but its old. It needs a deep deep cleaning. There was dust on the small lamp shades that looked like its been there for a long time. This place definitely needs an overhaul and upgrade. I checked in and upon seeing the room, I wanted to not stay there but I had to due to the fact that I had gone through a 3rd party and was non refundable. We made the best of it and was out of the room as much time as we could and only came back to sleep.

I paid the room very expansively for 1 week, for the week of the World Cup, the room smelled horrible, dirty dog, since they allow pets, I had to buy spray to disinfect the environment, I am a regular customer in the 2 hotels, since I work nearby, I did not come to see the World Cup, I came to work, I asked for a discount, they did not give me since I stayed there, in any of the 2 hotels, they charged me super expensive and bad room, not clean towels in a week, very bad. experience.

Dirty room, small bad everything is negative

To start the internet was bad, could not use two devices simultaneously. The TV likely had internet channels instead of true cable was therefore almost unwatchable due to the bad internet. The bathroom light was constantly flickering in the bathroom. These things would not have earned it a terrible rating, however, there was a leak in the room overnight, either from the air conditioner which was very loud or worse possibly through the wall due to the storm the previous night. My daughter had a fabric computer bag on the floor next to the air conditioner and it was wet the next morning causing damage to a reference book and other paper items in the bag. Uncertain about the electronic charger condition as it has not yet been used. The desk clerk offered a 15% off for our next stay at that Days Inn which was declined since we are not going back there. Then they offered 15% refund on the stay after I stated I was not staying at another Days Inn and mentioned I would check with my insurance. The manager he contacted finally approved a 20% refund which I accepted at the time as we needed to get on the road to avoid deteriorating weather conditions on our route. The 20% refund would not cover the replacement cost of the damaged items. I will be confirming they actually did implement the refund. I would not recommend this location.

Roaches in room.no amenities Drink machine in lobby broken.pool closed.they tell you on phone that pool is being remodeled wrong just covered.staff rude.you have to ask staff for replacement of breakfast items at 7am when breakfast starts at 6am.
