A basic hotel, but was clean, and the woman at reception was friendly and helpful as I arrived earlier than expected. Very quiet and near the center with a shop close by.

Second visit yo this hotel as part of the same trip. Nothing more to add except save for ensuring your take note of A4 paper notices tacked to the front desk:; there was no water for three hours and, although I appreciate the onus is on customers to look at signs for information, but a gentle nudge wouldn't go amiss.

Does what it says on the tin: very basic room with small desk, small tv and bed. The air-conditioning in the room was not working and the staff potter about without really engaging with you. The corridors are dated and carpets are very worn/dirty. The rooms are hardfloor and the shower cubicle is decent enough. Breakfast is basic: cereal, fruit, bread, hot drinks and a small selection of charcuterie, boiled eggs, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese slices. Hot food is limited to Frankfurter-style sausages and baked beans. Overall: serves it's purpose as a place to lay your head, but nothing more.

Easy to find. Breakfast was pretty much standard. TV in the room was broken. Okay to stay for a night or two.

Been given the room occupied by someone else TWICE!! Only the 3rd attempt was successful. The room is very basic with no kettle. You can hear all the morning traffic through the windows. Breakfast very very limited. Good shower though.

The room was an OK size. We chose to have breakfast, which was nice. The staff were lovely and spoke good English. The location was a bit out of the way, but we only needed one night before driving Auschwitz the next day. Good, well-lit secure car park at rear. We saw lots of trams and busses in front of the hotel, so it’s handy if you want to go into town

arrived early, got checked in early, that's a huge plus.Everything else fine and dandy except our room had a non effective air con unit .

It is very affordable and in a great location. The hotel is in need of maintenance and cleaning but for this low price it is reasonable and a good low budget option. If the rooms were fully clean, windows, doors, were all fully functional it would be a good 3 star hotel. You can hear cars from the street at night as the windows are low quality and not maintained. The breakfast is good for the price. Ingredients are mainly low quality but for the price it is fair. Coffee, juice, bread, cereal, sausages (with low meat content) , salad, cold meats and cheese, pancakes, yoghurt, apples. You get a good meal.

Good location. Very close to the train and bus station and shopping mall.

There was alot of tall grass cutting which filled the air with pollen. The air conditioners were not powerful, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in that temperature.
