Great stay, room was clean staff were friendly

We really enjoyed our stay!

Best pet friendly hotel in Palm Springs in our opinion! Right in the heart of downtown palm springs. Walking distance from all the good restaurants and clubs. We never once took an under/lift to get anywhere. Will definitely return again!!!

I wasn’t sure if it was your maintenance guy (he looked liked one) that was hanging around the pool, but he was very unprofessional. There were some ladies in the regular chairs, the guy goes up to them and takes them to the vip daybeds….and for the next hour he gets them drinks and chats with them the whole time to the point it’s noticeable. I usually don’t care but what really bothered me is that he proceeds to come to me and tell me that “im going to need you not to move the umbrellas”….mind you, I had moved my umbrella TWO HOURS PRIOR maybe two feet. He didn’t ask if we were ok or needed anything else, just walks off lol. I was not expecting that at this hotel. I’ve stayed at many hotels in this area and never had an experience like this over an umbrella, actually quote the opposite. Besides this experience, we did enjoy the stunning views at the pool and we loved the breakfast.

I loved everything about this hotel! Swimming pool especially ☺️

Next to Starbucks

Great hotel. Really clean and nice. Restaurant was very good. All staff were very helpful and welcoming. Excellent location.

Great stay for a Palm Springs weekend! Loved the ease of lounging at the pool, great coffee downstairs, great tips from staff, and so close to hiking. Hotel amenities are modern and clean. I would stay here again!

Property was very well maintained, staff were very friendly. All around it was great! wasn't expecting the Marilyn's on Sat but that's life

We loved our weekend getaway stay here! Great breakfast, clean, comfortable and big rooms, and fantastic customer service. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant, ate by the pool and laid out one day, and Junioer for breakfast both days. 10/10 would go back and bring the dogs next time.
