Very pleasant staff. Clean and quiet for a lkv hotel Wc a bit tight.

Clean and good service. Room good size but no where to hang clothes or put suitcase. Good sized desk but not usable as no chair or space to put legs under the desk.

The reception staff are great as is the hotel.

Hotel came highly rated and is not a budget hotel. With above in mind we had several complaints. Lightning not user friendly and was either all on or off. Sink/toilet/shower area very tight more suitable to single traveler. Toilet ventilation did not function. Sink has cabinet protruding into sink making use of sink difficult. On 15th floor street noise was bothersome.

Everything was great, the check in staff were excellent & even supplied me with a free mobile wifi device.

Great hotel in LKF. Clean and futuristic looking. Josephine was very friendly and efficient checking us in and holding our luggage. All staff were very welcoming.

This little hotel is in a great location except that it is on a hill making it difficult to walk with luggage from the train station. Oir room was very clean and comfortable for our short stay. The ataff were wonderful. Josephine was especially helpful. She answered all of our questions and suggested some amazing restaurants and shops. She also helped with directions. Good job Josephine!

Very close walking distance to Hong Kong station for the airport express and also the central line subway. The personal hot spot Wi-Fi they give you is a huge help for sightseeing. Lobby decorated for Christmas with Harry Potter was awesome.

The lobby staff was very helpful and the location is ideal. Numerous bars all up and down the street. I will come back here!

Hotel is small but very well located to shops and trains / underground easy to get around plenty of places to eat locally
