A great location for the Galata Tower and Istiklal Caddesi, staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, a nice breakfast, lots of restaurant options within walking distance, close to all transit. The street its on is a little gritty but was safe. Our room had a great view and a balcony, the room was a good size and comfortable

We were booked here through Expedia when our VRBO fell through. Expedia made a mistake and gave my friend and I a room with only one bed. The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating to go out of their way and change our room. Throughout our stay everyone was extremely polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel

만족해요 This is NOT a four star hotel. Two star at best. Very dated facilities, very limited amenities, in a deserted alleyway, poor ambience. Morning breakfast is fair. The staff are very nice, but that does not make up for charging four-star prices for a two-star hotel.

Would definitely stay here again! Smaller hotel, excellent customer service. Front desk was happy to answer questions and get us whatever we needed without complaint. I was very impressed. Excellent location near Galata tower.
