Rooms were very dirty. Long hair everywhere, stained bed sheets, stained towels, stained furniture. Sticky handle bars/ door knobs/ wash basin and shower mixers. Dusty floors and furniture. Clogged shower head, low pressure water in shower. Lots of Mosquitoes. Ants everywhere (even on the bed). Now it's clear why this hotel booking are all showing non-refundable. Photos in the website are old or taken from a newer building within the "resort". Nice staff but untrained. AC was perfect. Free parking spaces are great.

My stay at Charm Resort was extremely disappointing due to major cleanliness issues and a complete lack of follow-through from the hotel staff. Key issues during my stay included: 1. Unsanitary Bedding: On my first night, I went to get into bed only to discover the sheets were dirty and full of sand. It was clear the bedding had not been changed after the previous guest checked out. 2. Pests in the Room: I found bugs near my headboard and reported it to the staff immediately. They assured me it would be taken care of, but the very next day, I found bugs crawling on my pillow. 3. Unresolved Maintenance: The shower drain was completely clogged for my entire stay. Despite submitting requests to have it cleared. Between the poor room hygiene and the staff’s failure to resolve basic issues or even offer me a different room, I cannot recommend staying here.

Great hotel, fabulous staff, delicious breakfast and rooftop pool

Excellent. Location was exceptional, right by the beach, eateries and 7 eleven right around the corner. My husband and I will definitely book here again.

The hotel is located in the northern part of Patong so it's on the quieter side and you will have to grab wherever you want to go. However, the room was spacious and the staff was friendly. Surprisingly, the hotel restaurant was very good and inexpensive. We ate dinner there twice during our 4 night stay.

Love the location
