Every time I stay here there is a problem. This time the air conditioner did not work and it felt as hot as a sauna in there, I could not sleep.
Also, my fridge did not work in the room.
The staff does not care.

Aloha, enjoyed our stay at H4 in solothurn. Quieter than being in town. Great location for easy access to town center, just across the pedestrian walkway. Air conditioned hotel, nice in the of summer. Lots of parking. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Enjoy!

I had an excellent stay at H4 Hotel Solothurn. The property is very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities are well maintained. The location is convenient and everything is easily walkable. The only challenge I encountered was that parking can be limited when the hotel is fully booked but street parking can be found. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return!
