매우 훌륭해요 Everything with his day was excellent. The staff at the front desk was really nice, but since I am being asked to write a review, I would say I only have two complaints: 1: one of the waiters at the restaurant was really rude and he had an attitude like didn’t like his job I would expect better service paying the rate that I was paying for a hotel of this caliber… 2: the other thing is a couple of items in the room were a little worn out like the chair was all scratched down and the sliding door to the bathroom looked also worn out and not kept up…..other than that: Excellent.

Serviceable, is the word that comes to mind. A room with a bed and a small bathroom. Elevators were super slow and visually, the hotel needs updating. Nice shop in the lobby.

Hot tub was out of order. This would have been a deal breaker for me had I known at the time of booking. Also there is plenty of room in the suites for queen sized beds. Why full sized beds?

Location was perfect. Staff incredibly helpful and nice!!! Sad that it’s rare these days but they were truly amazing. Carlos was our favorite waitor!! Exceptional human being . Just disappointed in the bathrooms. Subpar as to compared to the rest of the hotel. Pool deck and amenities were great!! We’ll definitely be back!
