This hotel is a hidden little gem! We took a chance based on other reviews and were certainly not disappointed! The rooms were very clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the spa services were next level. If and when we ever return to Phnom Penh, we will definitely return to Baitong. 10/10 would recommend.

Our room was an icebox, in all the best ways, especially when it’s 100 outside. Our room was perfect…plenty of space, a soaking tub, couch/sitting area. Staff is wonderful and hotel is walking distance to all the POIs without being in the center of the noise. Pool is beautiful and quiet for wading and relaxing in a daybed by a waterfall. Delicious buffet and alacart breakfast and taxis/tuk tuks on demand. Loved this place, highly recommended

Stayed only one night but was very impressed with the hotel!
Great location as tons of restaurants nearby (I went to Jaru for dinner which was right across from the hotel)
Room very clean, shower was nice with enough water shower pressure.
A very nice touch to have Apple TV available inside the room!
Overall, a top gem and highly recommended hotel in Phnom Penh!

Massive room and lovely bathroom. Staff are fabulous and really helpful. Breakfast was nice, and the restaurant on the 6th floor one of the best meals we had in Cambodia. Excellent location for touristy sites, and Bassac Lane for pubs walkable.
