The rooms are very small and the bathroom always had drainage smell, but thats not the issue. The bathroom toilet paper hanger was broken, the towel hanger was also broken. It was too hot at night for us, but they said they cannot turn on ac because it was still cold outside. The staff were nice, but there is no concierge. The breakfast was same for everyday. And was mid. The area was nice! I just wish we had a better room and more space.

Staff was very welcoming and nice. My room said city view but i didn’t get a city view. Water from the faucets came out brown and dirty for the first day. Breakfast was ok and room was clean.

Pros: staff were helpful, most hotel places were clean. Breakfast just was ok.
Cons: Annoying noise was generated by bathroom fan while turning on the light. No enough outlet in convenient area for electric kettle. So, I had to use bathroom outlet. Bed was not even and comfortable. So that, the head side was lower than feet side and used to make backache. Safe box had problem to opening/locking. Therefore, I called receptionist to come for fixing two times. This hotel was a pricey hotel in the area.

Rooms are clean and clean regularly, but the tap water is dirty and the water pressure in the shower was poor. Also the breakfast meanus are very minimal. Hotel staffs are friendly and fantastic spot to commute and lots of restaurants close by.
