Disappointed in Breakfast selection. Not up to par with most Marriott owned Hotels. I was looking forward a sit-down Breakfast at a table so I could meet my fellow Representatives to discuss Business, especially next to the Convention Center.

Room too small, just not comfortable

very clean, in a walkable distance from everything, great food and drinks. no complaints.

The property was clean and well maintained. The brazilian steakhouse on the property was expensive but a plus. Breakfast id available for a fee; but some get a $15 food and beverage credit per room, so this can offset the cost.

Great location for events in the Seaport district. Walkable to lots of restaurants and venues. Valet parking on site was helpful. Very nice staff and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

It is a brisk 10 minute walk from this hotel to the leader bank pavilion or the waterfront. The room is super clean and new. Prices aren’t bad considering the location.

Great spot! I’ve stayed here twice now and both times was great.

The hotel lobby was extremely loud - so much so that I couldn’t hold a conversation there. There was a “resort fee” over and above the Expedia rate, but this was not a resort and that just felt annoying. There was no room service- just a “pantry” with expensive and mediocre food and a microwave. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known any of these things.

Nice hotel within walking distance of attractions.

As soon as I checked in my room’s AC unit did not work and I blew hot air. My 1st task was to unpack and take a shower. When I got out room was hot like an oven. I called the front desk, the maintenance personnel came, handed me new key to a new room, stating had prior knowledge of this issue. But yet room was rented out. Further no attempt to assist to move my unpacked suitcases. After several trips to the new room, I was able to have a restful sleep.
