We checked in early and were given a room straight away to our delight! The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was amazing, so clean and tidy with everything you need including a coffee pod machine! The bathroom was spotless too. Will definitely be staying here again. The location is smack bang between the historical side and the government side with a metro station next to it. Amazing hotel.

Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet.

We arrived before our designated check in time due to a very early flight, expecting just to drop our bags, but the reception staff were able to check us in early as our rooms were already ready. Generally they were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for our visit to the city.

매우 훌륭해요 Hotel is on street with busy trafic and minutes from a subway stop.It is in office building g area...not attractive ...but no safety issues. Close to the EU offices and close to historic center...better by subway but even walkable.
