Only property we stayed at in Italy with 24/7 front desk. Right next to great shopping and dining and all attractions in the city were walkable.

The ubicación was good, the room very small but have all necesary things

Very convenient location, just few min walk from the train station. Very basic room, but with breakfast and convenient Location this is good value for money. Only issue could be stairs to rooms with heavy luggage.

Everything was excellent about this hotel except the breakfast was pretty limited

Concierge was phenomenal, very friendly and gave us fantastic recommendations. Great boutique hotel in Florence!

Air conditioning is centrally controlled and it was hot at night. We very much appreciated the breakfast with coffee bar.

The location of this hotel is excellent for those who want to be close to the train station and within walking distance of attractions. It is a bit loud because it is located on a busy street. The staff were very kind and helpful. You have to leave the room key with them when you leave, so the desk is staffed around the clock. The rooms are simple, but comfortable, not too small. The bathroom had a "round" shower, common in many European hotels and a bit hard to maneuver in. The breakfast was simple: bread, yogurt, cereals, but a barista was there to make the coffee beverages.

Clean room. Brilliant guy in the desk at the time off arrival. Bearing in mind he work in the UK, so,was very easy to keep a conversation. Breakfast was ok but limited,Not a problem. Location is perfect with plenty off restaurants and bars for the evening

Solid spot. Absolutely no complaints. This was an added night for us when we decided to stay longer in Florence.

Giving 2 stars because of Location and Staff. Otherwise everything else felt like Cheap Motel. Smelly rooms, shower curtains were ripped and it was attached using cable ties. AC temperature was managed by front desk so you can’t change as per your need. Breakfast was very basic too. But location was nice and near to everything. All owner has to do is spend some money of maintaining property properly.
