The rooms and bathrooms are excellent. Very large, with everything in marble, and a California King bed. However, the property states it has air conditioning, which it does not, or it was not functioning. My room was 27 degrees Celsius throughout my stay. I also had to ask to have the windows unlocked to get fresh air, and the remote control and the fridge were not working. The staff was helpful in fixing the remote control and window issues in one day. So it is kind of a mixed picture.

The food here is a hidden gem, the rooms sizes are fantastic, the sauna always works, the people are hard working and kind. The staff and hotel gives you peace of mind.

Expedia lists a room with a king bed but in actuality it is a queen bed. Also the hotel doesn’t have AC (we assume it did because of the thermostat shows cooling)

The room was nice and big, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was very conveniently located next to the public train and bus. Loved Grand Palladium!

This was an excellent place to stay in Munich . We took two day trips, and it was conveniently located to the road system. We took one trip into downtown, and the trains were about a six or seven minute walk. The neighborhood felt safe. The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. We did not eat breakfast. Parking is reasonable, and it was never hard to find a spot. The entrance has kind of a blind spot when you enter, but I would not consider it dangerous unless you go flying into the garage.

Sehr cooles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfreichen Mitarbeitern. Wie immer habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

From a value for money point of view very poor. Rooms were large n spacious but NO Air-conditioning, plastic glasses, poor quality soap n shampoos no coffee machine just kettle and packet coffee no milk paid for parking yet not lit and at night can see your hand in front of your face Will not go again
