We chose this property based on the photos, amenities, and positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was very different. The rooms were simple but clean, and Alfie was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. That said, the advertised amenities did not live up to expectations. The property advertises complimentary bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, and outdoor games. However, there were only 2 bikes available, which wasn’t practical for our family of 4. Even worse, there were only 2 paddleboards and 2kayaks, and neither was usable. 1 paddleboard was literally falling apart, and the paddles were broken, so the whole setup was basically useless. The ping pong table was broken too, with no paddles available anyway. Paying a daily resort fee for amenities that are broken, unavailable, or barely functional is honestly ridiculous. The continental breakfast was also much more limited than expected, consisting mainly of toast, bagels, cereal, and a few basic items. The biggest issue occurred when we returned after spending the day on the water and discovered there was no running water anywhere on the property due to a broken pipe. I completely understand that emergencies like this happen and are outside of the hotel’s control. My disappointment wasn’t the broken pipe—it was the lack of communication from management. There was no proactive update, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no offer of assistance or or accommodations.

We were pleasantly surprised by Fisher Inn Resort! While checking inn we were met with such kindness by the staff. Our room was beautiful and updated. The views of the ocean were stunning! My husband and I will definitely be booking this hotel again when we return to the Keys!

One i didn't get the room i reserved for the room that they gave me AC didn't work all night the parking was a mess, couldn't find no parking n no boat parking

Great rooms… property very tired.. but very nice staff

We absolutely loved the property. The seaweed smell was a little overwhelming at first, but it was part of Mother Nature, and not the resort. We loved the area and would stay again if we get another chance. Shops and food choices were within reach, as well as the washateria down the road to do laundry.

We had the double king room which was quite comfortable and clean. Once inside the room we were fine. The experience was marred by an awful smell on the property, likely due to the stagnant water in the channel. This caused us to spend minimum time outside. The property has a small swimming pool which looked clean, but everything else looked pretty run down.

Rooms are nice. Two king sized beds, remodeled shower, frig, microwave, and cold AC. Pool could use some upgrades.

Location was ok. Kyle the staff member running the front desk the day we arrived was great. However there was a girl working at the front desk on the days that Kyle wasn’t there, and she had a attitude. when my friend asked about the coffee, she replied “first come first serve served”, and it wasn’t even cut off time. Our room did not get cleaned even though I requested it. I was there 4 days . The last day we were there they didn’t have any eggs and no coffee again , and we were there very early. When I was getting ready to checkout, she asked me if everything was ok. I was honest with her, and she started arguing with me.
