Great location, right next to JR train station, 15min to Tokyo St. Room was a good size, clean and tidy. Staff are excellent, quick check-in/out

We have stayed here every time we have visited Tokyo. We love the location, breakfast buffet, and room amenities- pajamas, slippers, toiletries. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and well maintained. We upgraded to a larger corner room and found it spacious and modern. The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet despite overlooking the train tracks. We love the all of the local shopping available and the Tokyo Skytree is one stop away on the subway!

Our room didn't have a view of Tokyo Skytree tower, but the city view and night lights were still interesting. Train station is 2 minutes away, so very easy to go places like the Edo-Tokyo Museum. Air conditioning was decent and the bed was very comfortable.

Enjoyed the use of the lounge and its perks. Very unique idea. I never experienced this in other hotels I stayed in.

Well appointed room with a good view, check in and check out were efficient, convenient access by elevator directly to subway. Would be happy to stay here again.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more special. The rooms are very clean, and the location couldn’t be better; just one block from the train station. I will definitely come back!

I really loved their facility, the location and stores in the same building. Also had been offered for a room upgrade just for $23 for 4 nights, had a great experience with Tokyo Skytree view

Location close to the airport bus which is a plus especially when you had multiple large luggage that you don’t have to go up and down to catch the train finding an elevator and riding on a crowded train. Easy access to the JR station. The room is small and is difficult to open up two luggage at the same time if you do not have the open top luggage type. The hotel entrance is hard to find and the lobby is on the 4th floor which has no clear sign as you walk into the building.
