Room was clean and large. We got the executive suite and it came with a king and 2 seperate twins for the kids. Room was partitioned in middle to give us a little seperation. Some lights were not in working order and showers had limited pressure/ warm water.... but in heart of trevi fountain district. Easy walk too many attractions. Overall we were very happy.

The AC was broken until 5 minutes before we checked out.

Very helpful staff. Felt like we were actually living in Italy. Great location. Busy street but quiet once in room. Great places to eat near by.

Grea location, but that’s where it ends. Much longer post on other sites. We noticed the toilet was still running from when we dropped off our bags earlier. I tried to push the button on the wall to flush the toilet and it won’t flush. I contacted the office through the WhatsApp and I could see they read my message but no response. Meanwhile the kids are trying to take showers and both said they couldn’t figure out how to get warm water. My husband and I both tried as well and there was no hot water. He checked both showers and all 4 sinks in our room, again no hot water. We all did our best and took quick cold showers, I mean it’s hot in June in Rome anyway. We remembered there was a reception bathroom down the hall we could use for a toilet. Inconvenient to have to get dressed, put on shoes and escort our kids to the bathroom, but we made due. I got up before 6AM to try the showers again, still no hot water. I contacted the office again about the toilet and water since we had an 8:30AM pick up. Again they read my message but no response. We did our best between cold water towel baths and walking to the public hall bath. When reception opened at 8AM and I explained all our issues again, she said yes I read your messages and I’m sorry and held up 3 extra room keys. It’s about 8:10 at this point and we have an 8:30 departure. They acted like we were in the wrong. No partial or refund. Stay ANYWHERE else in Rome.

Just include the city tax in the whole price. Woke me up at 7 am for it. Unacceptable after getting in late.

Clean and serviceable room, but a little dated and not kept up. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Trevi Rome Suite for four nights with my husband and two teenage daughters and loved it. The hotel has a prime location that made walks to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon easy, and the rest of Rome walkable too. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helped with all our questions. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Rome!

Really nice people, beautiful, spacious room with a perfect location!

Luca was very helpful. The location is very close to the Trevi Fountain but far enough away from the Trevi traffic. They advertise air conditioning but stopped working one night. Since it was after hours we couldn’t do anything until the next day. The manager wouldn’t confirm but I believe the unit is set on a timer. They acted like they didn’t want us to use it at all and I picked the location specifically for the ac and bc if my friends health issues. The room my friends stayed in their unit went off too and didn’t get nearly has cool as ours when it did work. It was also very noisy not from the street but from guest walking and talking in the hall. The few issues we had were taken care of although I think it helped that my husband is from Italy and spoke the language. The look of shock was always funny to watch and everywhere we went attitudes would change when he spoke. If you want to be close to everything to walk this is a great location. If you are using private transportation then I would choose a location on the outskirts. Plus on the outskirts the restaurants will be better and less expensive.
