The local transportation they offer is not consistent and has a bunch of rules around where and when they stop. None of the rules or availability is posted anywhere.
That was our only complaint because part of the reason we booked it was for the local transport.
Other than that- clean rooms, clean beds, GREAT staff.

this was my second time staying at this hotel - close enough to walk to the main 5th avenue, but far enough away that you did not get the noise :) would gladly return in the future

Rooms were decent for what you paid, service wasn't the greatest. Had issues with the toilet a few times, housekeeping wasn't the best. We would have to constantly ask for towels. Location isn't bad at all, they have a shuttle service to the 5th avenue which was very helpful. They also had some stores that were a good walking distance with a McDonalds nearby and an amazing taco stand. I don't see myself rebooking a this place again.
