Good

I would definitely recommend to stay here even if you are just visiting Amsterdam. The area is peaceful near the airport, the staff is courteous , the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is worthwhile paying extra and they offer great free transportation to the airport where you can easily take the train to downtown.

Very convenient for an overnight before flying. Complimentary shuttle is super .

Revolving entrance door is too small and not convenient for senior/ disabled travelers with luggages. Breakfast area is quite simple and Breakfast is simple as well. Not much choice. Room's furniture is not enough and need to request table and chair. Room tidy up was told that they will do it only every 3 days. Towels will be replaced every 3 nights. Need to request for room tidy up and change towels. Carpet is rather dusty and seems like the room has not vacuumed for sometime. We follow the bus schedule but shuttle bus is not always on time. One shuttle bus driver is very helpful and polite. Others are just stop and go with no waiting time. You need to run to catch the bus. Phone and safety deposit box are not working.

The staff was kind and courteous. The lobby area and hallways were quite nice. The restaurant for dinner is only open for a few hours at night. As well the menu is small. The chicken Caesar salad is not available, the waitress informed the table next us that they had no chicken. The chefs salad has no meat in it. It’s basically a garden salad. We tried to order 10 minutes after the table beside us and were told the kitchen was closed, at 8:30 pm. Thankfully there was a restaurant down the street at a different hotel where we had a delicious dinner. The maids could do better, we found a plastic cap from a deodorant bottle on the floor, and a woman’s fake fingernail on the floor. Surely a vacuum cleaner would have picked that up.

Good, nice, clean place, but it's far from the city, and Uber isn't cheap in Amsterdam.

Room was clean and the stuff helpful with anything we asked for. Breakfast was good.
