Great location and room well equipped

The nespresso coffee machine didn’t work; it’s much simpler if guests have access to coffee bags (for fresh coffee) or a cafetière and ground coffee. I travel to a lot of places and my heart sinks when I see one of those coffee pod machines as they rarely work and make such a mess in the room

The efficiency apartment was good. The all in one washer dryer was marginally efficient but the staff loaned out drying racks that were helpful. Underground parking was hard to find, but with staff directions, we were able to find it. Location was great for activities near the waterfront and multiple restaurants. Quiet location. King bed would have been preferred.

We shared a 1 bedroom apartment and appreciated having the sitting room space. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the location was perfect for the centre of Liverpool. Our room overlooked the rear of the property and was quiet so no night disturbances for us. The room was clean and had a fan which was useful, although with windows open and with a door to a small balcony there was plenty of ventilation. No air-conditioning in the room which was not an issue for us as weather was mild. We had a good welcome at reception on arrival and were greeted every time we went in and out. We also pre-booked the on-site car park which was really useful. Entrance is very tight, and seems dark when you drive in, but the lights trigger automatically when you go through. All in all, very happy with our stay and would use again.

Great location, price and rooms are huge. Close to wharf area and many excellent restaurants are nearby. Staff is very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an upgrade. Very much appreciated and we had a lovely girly weekend for my sisters 50th birthday celebrations.

This is a great location to park and walk to all the attractions in Liverpool. Plenty of room for a group of 5 to comfortably stay. Supermarket within walking distance to stock up on groceries. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable beds. Would recommend.
