The view was okay but the A/C took two days to cool room. No hot water, just warm and wall plugs bairly held cords in wall. Breakfast was okay but biscuits were cold. The staff was nice and they returned a Stanley cup I forgot without a hassle. Thanks!

Hotel was clean. Perfect for our one night stay before our cruise.

To start with the mattresses were really old & smell in addition the mattress in the sofabed showed signs of rust & spoilage. The AC compressor was inside the room and we heard loud noises all night long. To top it off cockroaches were rampant at night to the point my son and I had one on our head and neck and had to chase it waking up the whole family. Horrible stay. Thank you

Location was great! Staff was fantastic!

Upon arrival the room assigned smelled as if someone has just eaten onion. The staff immediately assigned us to another one. Which smelled cleaner than the initial one. However, the toilet handle was broken, and the iron did not work.

Bed needs to be taken to trash! I felt like a taco being rolled up! Close to cruise port but won’t stay again

One night stay prior to a cruise. First time at property and would recommend this hotel. Nice size rooms, like the separate dressing area from bathroom, decent breakfast, not bad area or distance to port. Very pleasant young man checked us in, friendly and helpful.

The hot tub had an odor. The property needs to be updated: paint, furniture stained or painted. Pool was great.
