All told everything went well for our stay except the room charges were put on our travelling partners credit card so we missed out on the potential points offered by our credit card.
This was even after confirming at check in that the charges for the rooms were to be separate and having presented my credit card to be on file.
Small thing in the big picture but annoying.

Front desk person was on the phone for several minutes when we walked in and kept us waiting to check in, he was extremely slow, zero personality, hardly said two words to us and it took more than 20 min to check in to our two rooms! Told him to use the credit card for the party staying in the second room, not the one I used to guarantee the booking. Said he changed the card, but a few days after I got home, charges were on my credit card, not the credit card for the people who were staying in that room. They had to pay me back plus they lost out on getting the points their credit card offered. All other staff were very helpful and tried to help with the backlog by checking in other people that hadn’t used Expedia/hotels.com, etc.

The rooms were extraordinary clean 😀. The only complete and concern I have is front staff. one person answering phones and serving public as we came in. There needs to be more than one staff at the front desk. Phone calls were not answered or returned for over an hour at one point.

Room was clean, reasonable size but very basic.
There was a strong odour in the room but I could not figure out if it was whatever cleaners were used or something in the air.
Our room faced the side where there was a construction type company - with equipment that beeped on and on when in use.
Room service did not come around until we were back in the room at 4 p.m.
There is no restaurant on site. Hotel does provide muffins with coffee in the morning between 6 and 10.
Been awhile since I have been in a hotel room with a tv as small as this one.

훌륭해요 Great stay for the price. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I am only giving 4 stars based on the amount of noise from other rooms. I could hear people being....intimate.... which was awkward. Other than the noise it was a pleasant stay and would stay again
