The hotel was extremely outdated and run-down. While they appeared to be going for a retro 50's feel, it was just old and dated. There were cracks in the ceiling, paint peeling on the wall, yellow stains in the bathroom sink, burns marks in the carpet, and it stunk. There was also no Wi-fi, and when I asked the front desk about it, they just said it doesn't usually work and there was nothing they could do about it. Also, the picture on Expedia is completely false advertising. This hotel is not on the beach.

The main picture is not of the hotel, it is a public pool that is a 5 minute walk away.
The hotel and facilities were old. We had an appliance trip the safety switch during our stay.
The downstairs pub and live music is loud. If you’re not here for the music I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Definitely not recommended for families

It was kinda cool vintage but it is a bit run down. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable, shower worked well. And I did appreciate the double glazed windows when it was trivia night, but on Thursday there was a DJ and the pub was so loud double glazing did not make a difference. If I was on a vacation I wouldn’t have minded but I was in Perth on business and the noise kept me awake.
