The security is a hassle. You have to walk through a metal detector every time you enter, but they do not scan your bags. I had a basic pocket knife that did not set off the metal detector. The next time I walked in they saw the pocket knife clip on my pocket and said I could not walk in with it and I had to walk back to my car to store it. You have to show your id to a guard every time you go to the elevator to access your room. Luckily it was not busy. The rooms looked nice at first , but we noticed the cabinet doors of the entertainment center were loose on the hinges hanging down and starting to chip on the corners. Part of the shower head was coming apart. The were chips and dings along the shelving. Had a tiny fridge and no microwave. Did not use the pool because it was in the opposite tower of the one we were in- other side of the casino.

Shower not working

I inadvertently left my engagement ring behind, and upon contacting the establishment, I was informed of its recovery and availability for retrieval. I was extremely pleased with this outcome. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the venue, and we anticipate returning in the future.

Took them long to time to prepare my booked room in 5th floor . Had to switch to another room in third floor. Room 351.

Check-in starts at 3pm. We arrived at 8pm and our room "was not ready yet." We're guessing that's hotel speak for "we gave your room to someone else." It was fairly annoying that we had to pull out our ID every single time we needed to access the elevator to get our room. Is there that much crime in that area? Water pressure in the shower was very low. That seems to be pretty standard with hotels. We had the added luxury of not having any hot water from the shower head. Hot water was abundant from the tub faucet. But as soon as you switch to the shower head, nothing but cold. Luckily we only stayed one night. The biggest drawback to this hotel is the smell. "Smoke and vape free resort" signs were posted around the hotel. But the hotel is directly connected to a casino. So the odor of cigarette smoke is everywhere. Even in the sheets of our room. This alone is a reason for us to not come back.

Not internet connection o it was too weak

Wonderful service from valet, bell service, front desk check-in and all casino staff. Rooms are nicely appointed and clean. Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you’re on your way into Yosemite.

Rude staff and outdated rooms. Do not stay here.
