You can leave your bags after check out and access the gym also. Very impressed overall

Very small room with small window on interior courtyard - claustrophobic!! Room not well cleaned on arrival and instructions for trash not evident. An ice machine would be good! Pool table missing 2 balls. Never clean coffee cups available in lobby. On the good side: excellent location, comfy bed, great gym and convenient luggage storage.

It was impossible to check in. I tried to upload my passport for an hour and it finally went through. The place was tiny and the AC didn’t work well. The sheets were literally wet from the humidity in the room. It was not cheap either. Do not recommend this place at all.

Everything is good in the hotel, my only issue is that you need to use the phone app (or memorize a 5 digit code) to enter the hotel and room which can be a bit tricky for older people as well as in cases when your phone battery dies (although it is possible to ring the bell then and I suppose somebody would answer and help you out).

The location of the hotel is amazing, very central, opposite the cathedral and 5 minute walk to the central station. You have to get used to the lack of staff - everything is online and there is no receptionist situated at the hotel so if you have a problem, you have to contact them via telephone/WhatsApp. The breakfast was very varied and high quality and the gym was probably the best hotel gym I've been too - very well equipped. Rooms are a good size, we're comfortable although my shower water drained all over the bathroom floor making the floor very wet everytime I had a shower which was annoying.

This hotel has no staff that you could ask for help. Everything is communicated via WhatsApp with a virtual agent. Check in and check out are also done via WhatsApp. Not the best experience for me when I need some assistance around the area.
