Unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment of our Southeast Asia trip. We stayed at seven different resorts, and despite being the most expensive, this was easily the worst overall experience. We booked a Beach View Room with an outdoor bathtub, but the view was very misleading. The room overlooked a road, parked cars, rooftops, power lines, nearby buildings, and even a large blue water tank, with only a small glimpse of the ocean in the distance. The promotional photos create the impression of a much better beach view than what you actually receive. The outdoor bathtub was another letdown because the water was only lukewarm, making it impossible to enjoy a proper soak. What disappointed us most was the reception staff. Their attitude felt indifferent and unhelpful. At nearly US$280 per night, charging 10,000 IDR for a small bottle of water at midnight after already providing only a limited number of complimentary bottles for three guests felt incredibly cheap. Luxury hotels should never nickel-and-dime guests over basic drinking water. To be fair, not everything was bad. The bell staff, breakfast team, waiters, and restaurant staff were friendly and hardworking. Breakfast was decent. However, the overall experience simply did not justify the price. If you're paying luxury prices, expect luxury views, thoughtful service, and honest marketing. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere in Jimbaran.

My first room stank like musky mouldy washing. I did have to ask to be moved which they did graciously. Get what you pay for really but does need a bit of TLC.

Room floor and bathroom floor need a good scrub , the rest of the facilities were clean

We had a week-long stay at this place! The room was nice and tidy, but it's on the small side with limited storage for clothes and suitcases so is very cramped. Our room didn't have a balcony, and unfortunately, the windows couldn't be opened, so it did feel stuffy. We kept the air conditioning running around the clock to help dry our wet clothes, which resulted in me going home very congested. Overall it is ok but if you are one of those people that likes to hang around in your room I highly suggest you at least get a room with balcony.

This was the worst hotel we stayed in on our Indonesian journey - we thought we would treat ourselves for the last night before heading home by spending a bit extra but unfortunately the extra spend was not worth it. Room wasn't particularly clean, staff were nice but nothing more than you experience anywhere in Indonesia and our supposed superior twin room with balcony was laughable - half the size of everywhere else we stayed and the balcony had a view of a wall. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. By far the worst hotel we stayed in for our entire trip.

No one ever wiped down a table before resetting for next people. Very slow service

Great to have a decent sized mug for a cuppa!! Brekky was very good, lots of choice.

Such an amazing place to stay at . The staff are so welcoming friendly and always there for you . The rooms here are very clean and comfortable with room service every day and bottle water for you every day.The breakfast buffet was incredible for all cultures around the world. The roof top dining for dinner is experience I will never forget from the great food to the beautiful sunset overlooking the beach and Indian Ocean. Also the fire dance on the rooftop is must see and you get to see fireworks every night going off on the beach. Special thanks to Dadie who goes above his job to make sure everyone is enjoying their time here
