Quick check in, Room is clean, has good amenities

Stayed in the water view cabin. Was so beautiful. Park is very spacious and quiet. Lots of facilities

Basic safari tent accommodation, had some damage, air gaps down low causing cold wild to blow in and. Limiting ability to heat and keep warm.

All round great experience

Our bathroom could have been cleaner, pink & black mould in the shower as well as a couple of hairs that weren’t ours on the shower walls

The location in reference to the Port Arthur Historic Site was excellent. It's about 5 minutes away. It's also about 15 minutes from an IGA and 25 minutes to Tazman National Park. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning and room accessories needs to be improved. There were many bugs in the bathroom. There was poop smeared on the wall. Ew. The room needs more accessories. For instance, it has one towel hook. That doesn't work well for a family of 4. There is no dresser or table storage to hold clothing or personal items off the ground. The bathroom had no shelving to hold cosmetics. Please invest a few dollars to add these things to each cabin.

What a wonderful place this is to stay. Excellent value for money, friendly staff who were very helpful. The cabin itself was very clean, with good facilities that were comfortable.

The park itself is great, good layout and child friendly. The waterview cabin was spacious but not real clean, TV didnt work and bathroom door needs new rollers, very hard to open & close. Bed covers have a few stains also. Minor issues, wouldnt stop me from staying there again.

The cabin 5 was clean on arrival but needed a lot of maintenance and updating. The air con vibrated, the bed side lamp flickered, the bathroom sliding door dragged making it hard to open and close, there was no smoke detector in living- sleeping area, the fire blanket was on wall above hotplates, the bathroom fan was noisy, the requested bed for 3rd person wasn't made, the table was all loose and spun. But it was comfortable.
