Great hotel and great locations.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The hotel accessibility was mostly good, and the close access to the Elizabeth line was a cornerstone of our trip. Aaron at the concierge desk was a font of useful info, thank you again!

The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands.

Lovely place to stay and convenient for going into central London

This was our first stay at the Marriott Hotel in London, and overall it was a pleasant experience with some standout moments. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, in particular Charlie, who was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond by upgrading our room from a studio to a one-bedroom, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. When we arrived at the room, it was about 90% ready. We happened to meet the room inspection manager, who felt the room had not yet been fully inspected and therefore did not approve it in its current state. She promptly arranged for housekeeping to return the same day to finish cleaning, which we appreciated as it was handled quickly and professionally. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. On our first day, I was contacted by email asking if there were any additional reasons for our stay. I mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary; however, there was no acknowledgment of this during our stay, which was disappointing given that the hotel had asked for this information. Additionally, on our last day, housekeeping left four boxes of tissues, four rolls of toilet paper, and one roll of paper towels—items that would have been more useful earlier in our stay rather than at the end. With a bit more attention to detail, this could be an exceptional experience. Thank you.

Nice area very convenían and many food options

The hotel was fantastic! Great location, clean and comfy place to call home! Divya, on the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!

We booked an executive apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a peeler and scissors. Well kitted out incl a dishwasher, oven, fridge and microwave.

Cleanliness was not good at all. Staff is untrained and not helpful.

Air climatisée défaillante Aucune piscine Oreillées plus fermes souhaitables Le reste était parfait
